The company is managed by the Board of Directors Mr. B.N.Rathi as the Chairman and Chief Promoter Director and Mr.Govind Rathi as the Technical Director – Incharge of supervising, directing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. Mr. B.N.Rathi is a Bachelor of Arts, he has established the B.N.Rathi Group as he has vitalized potential in the business of Investment. He has expertise of over 5 decades in this field.He prides himself as having been associated as one of the main promoters of The Hyderabad Stock Exchange Limited. He was the Managing Director of Hyderabad Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Limited; subsequently he was Executive Director of M.S.K Mills Limited for 2 years. He was appointed as a Special Officer for Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills Limited. He was the promoter and chairman of The A.P.Mahesh Co-operative Urban Bank Ltd. He is on the Board of Several companies like M/s B.N.Rathi Securities Limited, M/s BNR Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. M/s Suryavanshi Spinning Mills Ltd., Mahesh Vidyabhavan Limited. He is also associated with several social organizations. He is steering this renowned group since more than 5 decades.
Mr.Govind Rathi is a Bachelor of Commerce and is in the stock market since last 30years. He is the member of the Hyderabad stock Exchange Limited and has a vast experience in the field relating to share and stock market.
Mr. Prakash Narayan Rathi is one of the Directors of the company and he too has a very wide experience in the field of stock and financefor over last 20years.
Mr.Radha Kishan Jaju is also one of the Director of the company and is the member of the Hyderabad Stock Exchange Limited. He has an experience of over 2 decades in the capital market.
Mr. Amit Rathi is the Whole-time Director of the company looking after the day to day affairs of the company. He has about 8 years of experience in the stock market.

The company has a clientele all over India and more so in Andhra Pradesh. It has 15 branches over all and to name a few at Mumbai, Vijaywada, Guntur, Karimanagar,Jaipur, Pune,Bhagalpur, Sangli etc. It has updated infrastructure facilities with 30 computers with Internet facility 5 printers and an office space of about 3000sqft with 40 terminals spread all over.
